NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
At some point in our lives, we all battle too many negative thoughts.
If we keep nourishing them, they grow stronger and become an intrinsic part of our life. Making it very hard to live with.
Rather than getting into this spiral of negative thoughts, change the focus on to the body to look within concentrating on the breath closely.
That's when our mind becomes clearer and calm, so will these thoughts be.
